New level selection & Windows executable

Greetings from the Stig Team!

Two major things have happened since we last updated:

• We have updated the level selection. Players will now have to follow a set number of paths, and will need to complete a few challenges in order to progress.
• Stig is now available as a standalone application for Windows! This was always how Stig was intended to be played, and we are very excited to have reached this milestone.
